Broussard, Jeralyn Dupont A homemaker, author and mother and a resident of St. Amant, she died peacefully in her home of old age. She was 61 and a native of Acadia. Viewing at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 501 Sexton Road, Acadia. Interment in Bayou View Cemetery, 1211 Bayou Road, Iberia. She is survived by two daughters and son-in-laws: Helen and husband Dale Doucet, and Charlotte and husband Adam Melanson; one son and daughter-in-law: Henry Broussard and wife Pauline Aucoin. She also leaves behind 8 darling grandchildren: Bobbie Dale Doucet, Colby Doucet, Corey Melanson, Ashley Melanson, twins Aimee and Tristan Broussard, and twins Brittany and Cody Broussard. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of many years, Robert Broussard and parents, Daniel and Anne Courville Dupont.
