The Gorey family began with St. John University (formerly Sim State University) alumni, Allegra Gorey. Allegra graduated with a degree in Art, and moved to Magda-Crist County with hopes of beginning a career in the paranormal field. She met and fell in love with her grocery delivery girl, Marylena Hamilton and the pair were joined quickly after.

After a few years of wedded bliss, Allegra and Marylena decided to adopt and bring a young Sim into their home to share their love with. Vicki Gorey joined the household as a child, and went on to propser under the guidance of her two, loving mothers. Vicki attributes her over-achievement to being raised in such a loving and healthy environment.

Allegra Gorey
Main matriarch of the Gorey family, Allegra's story began in college where she shared a small home with roommates, Martin Ruben and Jane Stacks. Although they didn't always get along in college, the three remain close friends.

It wasn't until after college that Allegra became aware of her sexual orientation - she claims that seeing Marylena for the first time, grocery basket in hand, was the turning point. The two fell madly in love, joined and adopted a little girl.

Allegra is currently purusing a career in the Paranormal field, putting her Art Degree to good use as a UFO Investigator.

Marylena Hamilton
A routine delivery turned into the meeting of her true love, and Marylena hasn't looked back since. With Allegra's support, Marylena began to pursue a dream of a career in the Medical field. She is currently a Medical Researcher.

Vicki Gorey
"Wonder Child" of Magda-Crist County - if she wasn't such a nice gal, Vicki would've had quite a few jealous enemies among the children of Magda-Crist. Instead, she's the town darling.

After college, Vicki pursued a medical career like her mother; once that goal has been accomplished, she plans to jump into Politics and become Mayor of Magda-Crist County. She also married her grade-school sweetheart, Orlando Centowski, after returning to Magda-Crist Country from St. John University. The two have a daughter, Elizabeth.
