Fontenot, Norman A factory worker, father and husband and a resident of Acadia, he died peacefully in his home of old age. He was 62 and a native of Acadia. Viewing at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 501 Sexton Road, Acadia. Interment in Bayou View Cemetery, 1211 Bayou Road, Iberia. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Mayor Wilson Landry, as well as 18 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judith Champagne Fontenot, and his parents, Roger and Janice Tassin Fontenot.
