Derek Tramontane graduated college and moved into a small home with two other young, aspiring men, Aaron Alin and Issac Keegan; they dubbed their home "Singletoo" in mock of the Singles household down the street, where four single women lived.

The three quickly became best friends and did everything together until women and careers took them all on separate paths. The men, though, have stayed in touch over the years and remain friends to this day. Not long after Issac married Lola Singles and had moved out, Derek's nightly science experiements with the stars took a wild path...he was abducted by aliens (not that strange in Strangetown) and came back pregnant. Aaron helped Derek with raising the twin half-aliens that Derek named Nevin and Reyna until his girlfriend, their maid, Aiyanna Dallas, finally convinced Aaron to put a ring on her finger. Thankfully, Derek was already seeing Jessica Ebadi - another local scientist that had been jogging by the house one morning.

Derek and Jessica, who loved the twins as they loved her, had a joyous wedding and settled directly into domestic life in the home that once housed three young bachelors. When Jessica became pregnant with twins herself, the happy couple bought a larger home.

Derek and Jessica Tramontane currently live at 89 Road to Nowhere in Strangetown with their teen daughters, Blasia and Braelie. Derek's older children, Reyna and Nevin, are currently enrolled at La Fiesta Tech and living on campus.
