Dynasty Memorial Gardens is governed by a parish-governed Cemetery Commission authorized by the Skasimlaki State Coroner's Office. Members of the Pinstar Parish Cemetery Commission include Landon Cameron, Liliana Jalowitz, and Aurora Couderc. The commission establishes rules and regulations, as well as prices and services. Cemetery personnel maintain Dynasty Memorial Gardens, which is located in the Town of Legacy Acres.
What was originally the Collen Family Cemetery was open to the public and became the area's prominent burial grounds as Legacy Acres, and Pinstar Parish, grew.
As is the tradition in these parts, family members are buried on private property - usually on a home lot - until ten generations lay interred there. Then these family members are moved and re-interred in Dynasty Memorial Gardens.
